KINDESS

From the moment we are aware of our thoughts, actions, and self, kindness is a part of our everyday lives. A behavior of generosity and consideration for others, with no expectation of a reward. It is an act of love to our fellow human beings. Very often, kindness involves helping an animal. Sometimes a domestic such as a dog or cat, but also wildlife like birds, squirrels, and many others. Kindness comes from inside of us. We just naturally want to help others when we see them in distress. We want to spread happiness and joy to them when they are down and feeling blue.

A young man driving fast to get to an important meeting comes up on a man pushing his own car on a fast roadway all alone. The man pulls over immediately and runs back to help push the car and help this courageous guy get the car safely off the road.

The man on a date sees a woman pulling food out of a garbage can, looking for her next meal. He and his girlfriend jump out to help her. Offering to feed her any way that they can, his girlfriend at his side, sharing in the selfless experience. No one should ever suffer from hunger.

On a crowded and hot July day in a park, people are experiencing a beautiful summer day when a large German Shepherd appears, and

the crowd separates and does nothing. Fear is taking over their minds. But there is someone who steps forward to help the lost dog. She takes the beautiful dog home that has mistakenly been let out of its yard. An act of kindness to help the dog in a time of need.

We can all put our lives on hold for a minute and help others. All you have to do is share the love. Kindness.
